Worse than a Sore Throat?

Is sneezing and a runny nose, which leads to much tissue blowing, thus making your nose red and raw, worse than a sore throat? Since I am over the sore throat, which I hate, and now have a red, raw nose, I say the nose. I just want to go to bed, but I have so many things I need to do. Maybe it's all this worry over getting things ready for a baby and other stresses of life that I have this cold! Perhaps a load of laundry, dishes, and then sleep? Goodnight:)
